The Bodies undertaking responsibilities of management, certification and control in line with the requirements of Reg. (EC) 1083/2006 are defined in Law 3614/2007 ‘Management, control and implementation of development interventions for the programming period 2007-2013’.

The same law specifies the regulatory decisions through which the responsibilities  and organizational structure of the authorities involved are ore narrowly defined, as well as setting out the more specific details of the management and control system and a series of measures intended to ensure good public finance management in the implementation of the operational programmes.

Helpdesk for the staff of the Special Services and Management Agencies.

The Special Service of Institutional Support of the General Secretariat for Investment and Development operates a Helpdesk for staff of the Special Services and Management Bodies.

Enquiries may be submitted to the Helpdesk and it will respond with the necessary clarification and explanation to ensure the correct implementation of the Management and Control System.
More specifically, users can submit enquiries concerning the implementation of the Management and Control System of the Operational Programmes regarding issues of legal nature that may arise during the management and implementation of the programmes and projects with regard to compliance with the applicable national and community rules.
